Rules

Here are some rules and useful information for your stay at Domus Ripetta:

• check-in must be made by 12.30 am
• check-out is before 9.30 am
• please communicate your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before
• check-in after 18.30 pm involves an extra charge
• breakfast is included
• it is strictly forbidden to cook in the kitchen
• cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 3/4 days
• it is recommended a proper use of the bathroom, and don't throw in the toilet anything else except toilet paper
• the keys will be handed over at the check-in
• if the keys are not returned at the end of your stay, an additional fee will be charged during the check-out
• depending on the owner availability, you can leave your luggage at the B&B and retrieve it at a more favorable time with an extra charge
• pets are not allowed
• smoking in the B&B is not allowed
• for security reasons it is strictly forbidden to give access in to the B&B to persons other than registered guests
